Refund policy

Refunds - We will only provide a refund as a last resort. If the item is damaged or has been lost in the postal service then we will provide a replacement item. Refunds are at the discretion of the vendor and will be discussed on a case by case basis

Returns & Exchanges- Our garments are casual ‘true to size’ fitting and we rarely receive returns from our own range, so we are confident that what your members order (based on the size guide) is correct.

However, we also appreciate that from time to time there will be a need for an order to be returned. Please note that this is the responsibility of the club and not ARTMARTIAL. We have no use for any returns that come back to us, so we ask that all returns are given to you/the club to sell across their member community. We will reprint the newly required garment, but the cost will be deducted from the monthly payout the club receives. You will recoup these costs through selling the returned item.
