Shipping & Returns

Fulfillment - For our Print on Demand solutions please note that we work to an SLA of 7-10 days, so please be patient. We have to order in the garments, print and pack the items before shipping. 

For any larger bulk orders we generally ask for a 2 week fulfilment window, however we can discuss your specific requirements during the upfront planning.

Shipping - All of our garments are shipped for free (UK Mainland) as the cost of postage is built in tot he overall RRP, making our buying process as transparent and simple to complete. 

The majority of items are sent either via Royal Mail or Evri with a delivery SLA of 2-3 working days.

Returns - Our garments are casual ‘true to size’ fitting and we rarely receive returns from our own range, so we are confident that what your members order (based on the size guide) is correct.

However, we also appreciate that from time to time there will be a need for an order to be returned. Please note that this is the responsibility of the club and not ARTMARTIAL. We have no use for any returns that come back to us, so we ask that all returns are given to you/the club to sell across their member community. We will reprint the newly required garment, but the cost will be deducted from the monthly payout the club receives. You will recoup these costs through selling the returned item.
